Membership Fees: Annual membership renewal is due on the 1st of July
YOUTH ELIGIBILITY & ALLOWANCES
- Any youth up to and including, 18 years of age
- A Youth member can register any number horses on their membership.
- A Youth can not have an registered stallion upgraded for breeding purposes on their membership.
FAMILY ELIGIBILITY & ALLOWANCES
- Family members only pay one membership.
- Family consist of one or two adults and all children of said adult/s up to and including, 18 years of age.
- All family members are listed on the one membership card with one membership number.
- All family members individual points can count toward end of year individual Hi Point awards.
PARTNERSHIP ELIGIBILITY & ALLOWANCES
- Partnership members only pay one membership.
- Partnership consist of two or more adults.
- All Partnership members are listed on the one membership card with one membership number.
- All Partnership members individual points can count toward end of year individual Hi Point awards.
- All horses registered by the Partnership are registered in the name of the Partnership.
HANDLER / STAFF ELIGIBILITY & ALLOWANCES
- Handler / Staff membership is required for non-members who assist (paid / non-paid) a current member with event participation, handling a members WHR registered horse at eligible events..
- Any number of Handlers / Staff can participate with each card, as long as they are handling the one members horse/s..
- No horses can be registered with a 'Staff / Handler membership number'.
- No individual points can be gathered by those covered by the Handler / Staff card.
