WHR Prefix Application

Cowgirls are God’s wildest angels. They have cowboy hats for halos and horses for wings.

To be eligible to apply and have a Prefix allocated, the following criteria must be met.

1. The applicant must be a financial member of the WESTERN HORSE REGISTRY.
2. Only one (1) prefix registration is included free with membership. Additional prefix registration's and prefix holds cost $50 each.
3. The prefix in question shall NOT:

• be the name of or sound like an already registered Horse
• be the name of or sound like an already registered Prefix
• be the Full name of a WHR member
• be the Full name of an already established business other than the applicants own.

The WHR reserves the right to approve or reject any prefix it deems unacceptable. A member has the right to put their case for prefix approval in writing and each case will be heard on merit. No prefix will be used until it's approval has been given in writing.

Only the owner of an approved prefix may use a prefix for the registration of horses they own. No member will be allowed use a prefix they do not directly own, without written consent from the owner of the prefix.
